The Concordia Student Union “Speaker Series” and Youth Action Montreal present “Living Your Legacy: A Youth Summit On Community Engagement” on April 28th at the Palais des Congrès.
Speakers include Nobel Peace Prize Laureate and former Secretary-General to the United Nations Kofi Annan and Dr. David Suzuki, Co-Founder of the David Suzuki Foundation, award-winning scientist, environmentalist and broadcaster.
“You are listening to Montréal” is a mash-up of ambient music and SPVM radio. Both Montreal City Weblog and Spacing Montréal have covered this piece, amongst others.
It’s interesting to note that Montréal is the only Canadian city (and francophone for that matter!) that has been chosen for this project alongside Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Chicago.
